Chair Cover Express founder Tim Dawson still fondly remembers the first time he saw an early form of chair covers at a wedding. It was a new concept, a new fashion, and he was fascinated. Tim believed that his design experience could enhance the style, fit, and quality of the chair covers and still remain affordable.
